How Can severe Constipation And Back Pain be Treated?

hi my concern is my weight loss and the color of my stools. I am constipated more than anything, but when I do have a bowel movement such as today my stools were light brown with a lighter color mixed in I want to say like light orange or pinkish. I do have a little trouble swallowing and in the last couple of days the left side of my back has been hurting.

Please take Cremaffin plus at night time .Also take metronidazole three times a day for upto 7 days.Change your lifestyle by taking good high fiber diet and add a b complex capsule at night.If u get time make a TSH test to ruled out hypothyroidism.Do regular exercise daily like morning walk.
